Stebby - yoga for office workers (EST, RUS)

Yoga came into my life 8 years ago, I have been a yoga teacher since 2020.

My classes are not classic Hatha yoga classes, I use a lot of functional movements and also mix of Pilates.

In yoga practice, we learn about our body, Asanas (poses) are our tools that keep the body, breathing and attention together, ensuring a healthy and balanced life.

As we grow, we also develop our own Meta Skills (self-regulation skills).

Our goal is to know more about ourselves and our bodies, and our main task is to remove obstacles that prevent the natural functioning.
