Meditative Ha Tha Yoga

Soft deep practice. We take our time, we flow from pose to pose, following our breath. We linger in power poses, awakening the solar energy of Ha, and relax in deep openings, awakening the lunar energy of Tha. We free ourselves from the remnants of tension and emotional blocks and learn the art of meditation.  

Each lesson is different depending on the composition of the group, the season, and the phase of the moon. 

But we always pay a lot of attention to the health of the back and loosening the shoulder girdle (a special request of office workers), open the chest and massage the spine using Yoga methods. We conclude the practice by deeply relaxing in Shavasana. 

As a result, you feel your Body strong and free. You feel your Mind calm and focused. You feel happier and the world around you becomes kinder. First, this miracle of transformation occurs on the mat. You will then be able to apply the acquired skills outside the studio.  

This combination of business and pleasure suits absolutely everyone.   

Classes are held twice a week in the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
