Since childhood, I have been accustomed to working a lot with my body: figure skating from the age of six, then athletics and modern ballet. 

When Yoga appeared in my life about 15 years ago, I felt that it was not only an ideal method of taking care of the physical body. This is something more, it allows me to change my state, makes me whole and healthy, and my Mind calm and sharp.  

I have always been lucky to have Teachers. My first Teacher, who initiated me onto the Path of a Yoga Teacher, was Natalya Kulik. 

Now I am a member of the international association of teachers Yoga Alliance. Certified teacher of HaTha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

When you enter the Studio, you leave everything unnecessary on the threshold... shoes, phones, stress... and then all your worries. 

You enter another space where it is just you and your exercise mat. You immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Class to restore Energy, improve the condition of the physical Body and gain clarity of Mind. This process of transformation is simply Yoga. I love helping others feel it.
